Job Summary
Service Technician (yard) at WillScot responsible for inspecting and repairing modular buildings, including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear. Duties include performing check-ins/outs, preparing floor plan drawings as needed, making repairs per customer requests, maintaining inventory of tools/parts, and providing courteous customer service. Requires a High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with clean record, carpentry knowledge, and good communication skills; electrical/plumbing/welding experience is a plus. May perform duties at field locations. Emphasis on safety, adherence to company policies, and readiness for scheduled deliveries.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Some knowledge of computers
- Good communication skills
- Carpentry knowledge and experience
- Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
