WS - Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor leads an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment where safety is critical. Responsibilities include enforcing safety/environment policies, conducting daily safety meetings (DuPont STOP), training and observations, ensuring work orders are completed effectively, weekly performance reviews, labor efficiency and capacity planning, accurate off-rent inspections and damage billing, managing idle fleet and inventory counts, overseeing the Work Order system and vendor purchase orders, distributing materials to teams/vendors, conducting monthly parts inventories, and driving first-time quality while reducing 60-day service calls through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Requires HS Diploma or GED, 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, Lean fundamentals, MS Office/Outlook, SAP invoicing proficiency, and a teamwork-oriented approach.
