WS - KYCOM Classroom IT/AV Liaison

The KYCOM Classroom IT/AV Liaison trains and supports faculty in the use of educational technology during class sessions, ensuring lecture capture, projectors, smart boards, cameras, and other classroom equipment function correctly and providing troubleshooting as needed. Serves as liaison between KYCOM faculty and the IT department for technology guidance and support, participates in training on classroom and methods technology applicable to the KYCOM curriculum, and performs tasks such as microphone checks and troubleshooting in lecture classrooms and labs. Work is conducted in in-person campus classrooms with schedules aligned to class times.
