Job Summary
Driver II, CDL role delivering, relocating, and setting up modular buildings and Value-Added Products (VAPS) with responsibility for site assessment, load security, and customer liaison. Operates a 26,000+ lb commercial vehicle, adheres to DOT/TC rules, conducts pre/post-trip inspections, coordinates with dispatch, and ensures correct placement and safety on each delivery. Local, home daily with potential for overtime and a $500 monthly safety/performance bonus; requires strong driving, load-securement, and on-site installation skills.
Required Qualifications
- A current valid CDL license and a clean driving record with no major violations
- An up to date DOT or TC and Physical card is required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using digital tools for routing, logging, and communication (e.g., GPS, electronic logs).
- Demonstrated ability to assess and navigate varied delivery environments.
- Prior experience in commercial driving and load security.
