Writer Trainee

Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through delivery of the completed vehicle. Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines. Partners with insurance companies to manage the customer’s claim to ensure the best customer experience. Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process. Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified. Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements include 18+ years old, valid driver's license, clear written/phone/in-person communication, attention to writing quality, strong organizational skills; prior collision estimating experience and CCC1/I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred; successful completion of background check.
