Wrap furniture frames using foam, batting, and upholstery materials according to Vanguard specifications, applying them smoothly to ensure proper shape, comfort, and durability. Inspect frames and materials prior to wrapping to identify defects in frames, materials, or previous production stages, then report any issues immediately. Follow detailed work orders, build sheets, and supervisor instructions to meet custom and standard product requirements while maintaining proper material usage to minimize waste. Support production flow by staging, stacking, and moving frames along the wrapline efficiently, collaborating with upholsterers, sewing, and frame departments to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies, utilizing proper PPE and open flame propane torches safely. Perform duties in a team-based upholstery manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually.
