Wraparound Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise Wraparound Facilitators to ensure high-quality, strength-based wraparound services. Coordinates caseloads, reviews referrals and authorizations, provides guidance and supervision to team members, and ensures adherence to National Wraparound Initiative standards. Contributes to treatment planning, documents program materials, supports billing processes, and represents the program in communities and with referring agencies. Requires a Master’s Degree, Mississippi license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or equivalent certification, 21+ years old, two years of Wraparound experience, trauma-informed knowledge, leadership capability, and ability to manage flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Current Mississippi license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or fully certified through MDMH as Mental Health Therapist
- Minimum age 21
- Experience with Wraparound process (2+ years)
- Knowledge of complex trauma and evidence-based treatments
- Ability to write program materials and reimbursement documents
- Valid Driver’s License and insurable
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, holidays
