Job Summary
Manage campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizations across all biddable commerce platforms, implementing search structures and daily adjustments aligned with client KPIs. Coordinate weekly and bi-weekly updates with partners to ensure platform performance, while extracting actionable insights from tools like Pacvue and Helium10 to drive business improvements. Conduct analysis on performance trends, competition activity, and benchmark reporting, then deliver daily, weekly, and monthly spend reports and status sheets for client meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for client performance queries, alerting stakeholders to competitive threats and maintaining ownership of the finance process including POs, BOs, and invoicing. Maintain Amazon and commerce certifications while contributing data to monthly reports and QBRs.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 year of proven experience within E-commerce, E-retail planning, and Amazon Ads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Strong technical knowledge of campaign delivery across various commerce platforms
- A strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape in MENA
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability for data-driven thinking and decision-making
- Maintain Amazon and commerce training certifications
- Possess a good understanding of all biddable commerce platforms
- Understand and effectively own the finance process for the client (PO, BO, invoicing)
- Demonstrate an understanding of how each client executes their commerce business (e.g., business model, operations, ROI, financial performance, and key success factors)
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client performance queries, demonstrating strong client management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Amazon Ads certifications are highly advantageous
