WPI Claims Specialist

Provide early, timely and personal service to workers, employers and other stakeholders with deep technical specialization in complex claims; proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans; liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions; gather evidence and conduct investigations to assist in dispute proceedings; maintain effective management of key legislative drivers; strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail; tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology) are advantageous but not mandatory.
