Conduct tax assessments requiring a certified WOZ-taxateur and three years of experience in property valuation, utilizing written communication skills to interact directly with citizens. Submit a motivation letter and prepare for interviews assessing analytical and adaptability skills. This full-time freelance role offers a rate up to €70 per hour with rapid invoice processing through a partner agency.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Afgeronde HBO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld MER of Vastgoed/ Makelaardij
- Certificaat WOZ-medewerker
- Certificaat WOZ-taxateur woningen en niet-woningen
- Ervaring met gemeentelijke waarderingsapplicatie VRiS
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van vastgoed en WOZ-taxaties, zowel voor woningen als niet-woningen
- Schriftelijk communicatief vaardig en weet zich goed te bewoorden naar de burger
Desired Qualifications
- Geregistreerd als WOZ taxateur NRVT (Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs)
