Job Summary
The role focuses on developing a global business strategy based on Toyota's current product development, particularly related to the EV strategy, conducting market trend analysis in priority regions, and building effective collaboration with local entities and business partners. Responsibilities include developing global business strategies linked to the ongoing product development and the BEV business strategy, leading cross-border collaboration efforts, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and understanding product goals and statuses through meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical experience in business development or project management in the power industry
- Experience in building business strategies involving 10 or more people
- Experience working with or collaborating with overseas companies
- Strong business communication skills with stakeholders
- Conversational level Japanese proficiency
- Business level English proficiency, including understanding for cross-border collaborations
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of aggregation business or technologies related to EV grid integration
- Knowledge related to electric vehicles and charging infrastructure
- Experience in business management or financial modeling in subsidiary management
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a large Japanese corporation
