Job Summary
Direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages in home health settings, following the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act. Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice while building rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population. Work in a flexible environment where patients receive care in their most comfortable locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy and Continence
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Certification as an Enterostomal Therapist by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board within 90 days of hire
- 2 years of Nursing experience
- Monday- Friday, rotating weekends
- will cover territories in Clark County Washington and East Portland Metro area (Oregon)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year home care experience (either prior to or upon certification as ET)
