Wound ostomy RN

Provide comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence care to patients, including performing comprehensive assessments, developing and documenting individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and ensuring accurate medical documentation. Deliver direct wound, ostomy, and continence care, educate patients and families on self-care techniques and lifestyle adjustments, and conduct educational sessions for healthcare staff. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate holistic patient care, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Provide emergent and on-call care, maintain infection-control practices, and contribute to ongoing staff education and quality improvement. Requires RN licensure and Associate's degree in Nursing; 1+ year of acute hospital and 1+ year wound, ostomy, continence clinical experience; BLS preferred. This is a full-time position based in Tampa, FL at AdventHealth.
