Job Summary
Conduct wound care consultations, oversee individual client care plans, and deliver 1:1 skilled nursing interventions including medication administration, wound treatments, and comfort care. Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor conditions from hospital discharge through safe home living. Maintain a calm presence while advocating for client needs and ensuring dignity. Requires active PA RN license, WOCN certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. Full-time, part-time, or per diem Monday through Friday positions available with daytime scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA
- Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Monday - Friday position, NO Weekends and NO Holidays
