Job Summary
As a Wound Care Nurse (RN) at Manna Post Acute, provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders, assess and document wound progress, develop and update individualized care plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes, educate staff on wound care best practices, and ensure adherence to infection control and regulatory standards. Requires active SC RN license, CPR, 12-hour shifts, and experience in wound care; PCC experience preferred; competitive pay of $40–$42/hour with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Prior wound care experience strongly preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
