Job Summary
Lead and support the wound care program in Old Dominion Nursing Home. Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide treatment for pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, skin tears, and other conditions, monitor wound progress, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and dietitians to optimize healing; educate staff on wound care protocols and prevention strategies; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia
