Job Summary
Wound Care Nurse position performing wound assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering wound treatments (dressing changes, debridement, wound irrigation), monitoring healing progress, educating patients and families on wound care and prevention, and maintaining accurate documentation while adhering to infection control protocols. Required Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice
- Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role
