Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds and implement effective treatment plans, including surgical debridement, total contact cast application, skin substitute application, infection control measures, and chemical cauterization. Provide care supported by a specialized team of experts in podiatry, internal medicine, plastic and orthopedic surgery, and nursing. Deliver 16 hours per week of clinical service at Manchester Memorial Hospital within a 249-bed acute-care network that includes robotic surgery capabilities and state-of-the-art cancer center services.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Wound Care, General Surgery, or Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Connecticut license
- Federal DEA
- Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
