Wound Care Specialist - NP / PA

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, perform wound debridement, and prescribe appropriate dressings at the bedside in post-acute care settings. Collaborate with facility staff to ensure effective wound care plans while educating nursing staff and maintaining communication with primary care physicians and families. Order necessary medications and provide clear usage instructions for the Geriatric patient population. Round daily at multiple facilities including Skilled Nursing Facilities, nursing homes, and long-term acute care hospitals. No call, evenings, or weekends required.
