Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, perform wound debridement, and prescribe appropriate dressings for residents in post-acute care settings including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals. Collaborate with facility staff to ensure effective wound care plans while educating nursing staff and communicating with primary care physicians and families. Order necessary medications and provide clear usage instructions for the geriatric patient population. Round daily at multiple facilities within a designated territory, requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 pounds. No call, evenings, or weekends; weekday commitment only.
Required Qualifications
