Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, perform wound debridement, and prescribe appropriate dressings for residents in post-acute care settings including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals. Collaborate with facility staff to develop effective wound care plans, order necessary medications, and educate nursing staff while maintaining communication with primary care physicians and families. Provide quality care to the geriatric population across multiple facilities within your designated territory, requiring daily rounds and a valid driver's license. No call, evenings, or weekends are required.
Required Qualifications
