Wound Care Specialist - NP / PA

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and perform wound debridement at multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities and post-acute care settings. Collaborate with facility staff to develop effective wound care plans, prescribe dressings, and order medications for the geriatric population. Educate nursing staff and maintain communication with primary care physicians and families. Deliver bedside wound care with clinical autonomy, avoiding evenings, weekends, or on-call rotations. Requires an active state license, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
