Job Summary
Wound Care Sales Specialist responsible for managing and increasing Essity Advanced Wound Care product portfolio sales within the Central Texas territory. Key duties include meeting/exceeding sales targets through key account closure and conversion, communicating clinical and product knowledge clearly, assessing customer needs, developing solutions, building relationships with clinicians (surgeons, PAs, NPs, WOCNs, nurses), and driving penetration of GPO/IDN awards. Role targets Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers, with travel required (~25-35% overnight). The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of outside sales experience (Healthcare industry preferred) and is proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Fluent in Microsoft Office products. The position is remote within Central Texas with frequent travel; candidates should reside in the San Antonio area and be willing to travel often.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Outside sales experience (3+ years)
- Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
- Exposure to wound care or surgical markets is a plus
