Job Summary
Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for patients with complex wounds, including surgical openings, ulcers, feeding tube sites, and abscesses. Assess symptoms, create treatment plans, monitor infections, and clean wounds while educating healthcare members on proper wound care management. Maintain current RN licensure and WCC/WOCN certification. Perform duties requiring prolonged standing, lifting 50 pounds, and frequent movement. Work 32+ hours per pay period with access to medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition support, and matched retirement. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- WCC/WOCN certification
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
