Job Summary
Provide expert wound care management and treatment while collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed, working 5x8 days with 1-2 summer holidays. Maintain Wound Care Certification and Epic experience, holding at least one year of setting experience and a completed travel contract. Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility and a valid driver's license.
