Job Summary
Provide expert wound care management and treatment while collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed. This 13-week contract includes work during 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). Candidates must hold Wound Care Certification, possess EPIC experience, and have at least one year of setting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Wound Care Certification
- Epic experience
- 1 year experience in setting
- Valid driver's license and license verification
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date
- 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
- Must not have been an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months
- Work 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
