Job Summary
Assess, treat, and create care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence conditions. Provide consultation and direct assistance in managing altered skin integrity, including pressure necrosis, wounds, and fistulas. Collect, analyze, and document wound statistics while performing clinical evaluations for potential admissions. Offer in-service programs to maintain staff knowledge and competence in wound care. Full-time 8am-4:30pm shift with pay dependent on license type and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state
- 1-2 years wound care experience
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Wound Care Certification (WOCN)
- 1+ years of long term care experience
