Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate advanced wound care treatments for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, educate residents and families, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
