Job Summary
Manage patients with altered skin integrity, including pressure necrosis, wounds, and fistulas, by providing consultation and direct assistance in care plan creation. Deliver in-service programs to nursing, rehabilitation, and medical staff to maintain competence in wound care protocols. Collect, analyze, and document wound-related statistics while performing clinical evaluations for potential admissions. Requires a licensed RN with 1-2 years of wound care experience and WOCN certification preferred.
