WOUND CARE REGISTERED NURSE, Full Time

Coordinate treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessments and plan of care, including goals, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes for patients across the organization. Deliver patient, family, and staff education on wound management, pressure ulcer prevention, support surfaces, and dressing selections. Perform wound assessments, reassessments, and management for neonates, pediatrics, geriatrics, and general populations while developing skin care programs to prevent breakdown. Act as a resource for physicians, wound teams, and clinical staff, and participate in the organization's performance improvement plan. Additionally, perform general nursing duties in all departments under adequate supervision.
