Wound Care Physician

Wound Care Physician sought to join a national wound care physician group in Oakland, CA. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities with debridement, advanced dressings, and amniotic tissue applications. The role offers 36 hours of company-provided CME, conferences, workshops, and online courses. Compensation is full-time with an average starting pay of $250,000–$300,000 annually, with potential to earn up to $400,000 including bonuses and per-service pay; there is a quarterly bonus program up to 30% and reimbursement for biological skin substitutes. No on-call requirements and a team-based schedule will be developed with flexible timing. A custom software system is used to reduce administrative time. Requirements include an MD or DO from an accredited institution; residency completion and Board Certification/Eligibility are not required.
