Wound Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Wound care physician or advanced practice provider (PA/CRNP) needed in Effingham, IL. Position supports both part-time (2-3 days/week) and full-time (4-5 days/week) schedules with weekly rounding across facilities in the territory. Responsibilities include diagnosing conditions via physical exam or telemedicine, performing procedures such as debridement, coordinating care with facility staff, documenting encounters in APRIMA EMR, and facilitating referrals. Tools and support provided include instruments (debridement kits, hurricane spray), a dedicated nurse, company laptop with APRIMA EMR, malpractice coverage, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional collaboration. Requires MD/DO/PA/CRNP with board certification or eligibility, active unrestricted state license, DEA license, and valid driver license.
