Wound care position in Mount Vernon, IL seeking MD/DO/PA/CRNP to perform wound care rounds at long-term care facilities. Role supports both physicians and advanced practice providers with flexible schedules (Part-Time 2-3 days/week or Full-Time 4-5 days/week) and UNCAPPED W-2 earning potential. Responsibilities include weekly rounding at assigned facilities, diagnosing via physical examination or telemedicine, performing debridement as needed, coordinating care with facility staff, documenting encounters in APRIMA EMR, and facilitating referrals. Required Qualifications
- MD, DO, PA, CRNP
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- DEA license
- Valid driver license
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with facility staff and patients
- Proficiency documenting EMR w/ strong attention to detail
