Wound Care Nurse Specialist - Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital Bradford

Conduct comprehensive wound care assessments, stage and measure wounds accurately, and document findings in accordance with policy. Coordinate patient care by initiating nursing assessments upon admission, evaluating equipment needs, and making recommendations to the Director of Nursing. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, affiliating agencies, and physicians to implement nursing actions and provide consultation on standards of practice. Participate in meetings to address learning needs and ensure patient safety through proper equipment management and photography.
