Job Summary
Provide wound care for residents by conducting comprehensive wound consultations and assessments, documenting and planning care, monitoring residents with wounds, and educating residents and caregivers on wound prevention and treatment. Role requires wound care experience and an RN or LPN license; schedule is 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, at Social Circle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
