Job Summary
Provide patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice, recognizing changes in patient conditions to intervene appropriately. Prioritize nursing actions reflecting patient needs and acuity while implementing physician orders accurately within time frames. Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care processes and issues. Work Monday through Friday with no weekend coverage. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing, valid RN license, and CPR certification. Will train wound care experience; billing and coding experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay between $27 and $33.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals
- Valid Registered Nursing license
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Prior experience working with wound care patients

- Prior experience with billing and coding
