Wound Care Nurse (RN) - PRN

Implement and monitor skin preservation strategies while ensuring all wound and skin care protocols are approved by the medical staff. Organize weekly multidisciplinary rounds for high-risk patients with pressure ulcers and provide hands-on care for difficult, non-healing wounds. Serve as a resource to hospital staff on all wound and skin care issues while ensuring regulatory requirements are met. Complete wound care training within the first 90 days of the role. This position offers an orientation program with potential advancement to full-time opportunities at SSH-Dallas Downtown, a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to extended healing for vulnerable patients.
