Job Summary
Implement and monitor skin preservation strategies while ensuring all wound and skin care protocols are approved by medical staff. Organize multidisciplinary wound and skin rounds weekly for high-risk patients and those with pressure ulcers, providing hands-on care for difficult, non-healing wounds. Serve as a resource to hospital staff on all wound and skin care issues and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. This part-time role involves two shifts weekly at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Marlton, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State RN License
- BLS
- Previous hospital nursing experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Organizational skills
