Wound Care Nurse - RN

Job Summary
Provide wound care as a Registered Nurse (RN) to residents, monitor skin conditions, administer medications per physician orders and center policy, document progress and vital signs, perform monthly skin assessments, stock and prepare treatment carts, and ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations. Must hold a current Georgia RN license and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support high-quality nursing care. Position requires in-person work at Statesboro, GA and adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with residents, family members, department heads, and fellow associates
