Job Summary
Monitor patient skin problems and treat as ordered by the physician, while administering and recording all treatment medications and vital signs. Chart patient progress, ailments, symptoms, and observations, including monthly skin assessments and laboratory specimen collection. Stock and prepare treatment carts, providing emotional support to patients and their families. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties. Applicants must hold a current Georgia LPN license, communicate effectively, and maintain working relationships with patients, families, department heads, and associates.
Required Qualifications
- current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board
- ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- capable of maintaining effective working relationships with patients, family members, department heads, and fellow associates
