Wound Care Nurse - LPN-LVN- PRN

Provide patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice, implementing physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames. Recognize changes in a patient's condition and intervene appropriately while prioritizing nursing actions that reflect patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes. Collaborate with registered nurses and other disciplines on the assigned unit to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
