Job Summary
Provide patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice, implementing physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames. Recognize changes in patient conditions and intervene appropriately while prioritizing nursing actions that reflect patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes. Collaborate with registered nurses and other disciplines on the assigned unit to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends; hourly pay ranging from $35 to $38. Valid LPN license and CPR certification required; wound care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN nursing license
