Job Summary
Provide patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice, implementing physician orders accurately and recognizing changes in patient condition to intervene appropriately. Prioritize nursing actions by reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes while working collaboratively with registered nurses on the assigned unit. Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends. Valid LPN license and American Heart Association CPR certification required; wound care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
