Job Summary
Provide patient care based on nursing principles for wound care as an LPN; implement physician orders within appropriate time frames; monitor patient condition and intervene as needed; prioritize nursing actions based on patient acuity and desired outcomes; collaborate with multidisciplinary team; ongoing training will support success in wound care and Amputation Prevention Center settings; weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, no weekends); opportunities for career development and education within RestorixHealth.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN nursing license
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train)
- Experience with billing and coding preferred
