Wound Care LPN/RN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ostomy care for patients; provide advanced clinical guidance on complex wound drainage, skin protection, and pressure necrosis prevention. Develop and conduct educational programs for staff while determining appropriate nursing interventions for identified patient problems. Create patient care plans, select stoma sites prior to surgery based on anatomy and lifestyle, and coordinate total nursing care with supervision of clinical staff. React decisively in emergency situations while maintaining confidentiality and communicating effectively with residents and families.
