Job Summary
Coordinate wound care therapy into the total nursing care plan for patients and participate in patient and family teaching. Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Requires current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse, two years of direct patient care experience, and BLS certification. Wound care certification is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides
- Current BLS certification
- Two years direct patient care experience
