Wound Care Coordinator (RN)

Wound Care Nurse coordinates wound assessment and plan of care for facility residents, leads infection prevention and control efforts, chairs Infection Prevention/Control Committee, collects and analyzes data, supports Quality Improvement activities, ensures alignment with CDC guidelines and APIC standards, develops and communicates policies, and provides education and in-services to staff. Requires an active RN license in Florida; wound care certification is desirable; experience in skilled nursing preferred. Works with facility leadership and HR on employee health and infection control matters.
