Wound Care Clinical Program Manager leads system-wide wound, ostomy, and skin integrity initiatives, driving evidence-based practice, education, and quality outcomes; collaborates with nursing and interprofessional teams to develop patient-centered care plans, promote prevention strategies for hospital-acquired conditions, and ensure regulatory/compliance standards are met while mentoring staff and advancing clinical competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Wound, Ostomy, and Continence certification (CWOCN) required or obtained within 6 months from date of hire
- BLS certification
