Job Summary
Worship & Youth Pastor responsible for leading and planning the church's Sunday gathering, blending pastoral care with musical direction, and overseeing the discipleship and community life of middle and high school students. Responsibilities include overseeing worship ministry programming, recruiting and training teams, providing care for worship team members, planning seasonal events, developing a comprehensive youth ministry strategy, mentoring students, teaching, recruiting volunteers, managing the youth ministry budget, and collaborating with AHCC staff and parents to engage and invest in students. Strong emphasis on ministry leadership, teaching, discipleship, team development, and alignment with the church's mission, vision, and values.
