Job Summary
Lead worship services and musical direction for the Village Park Campus choir, instrumentalists, and production team while fostering team development and pastoral care. Execute weekly service plans blending contemporary songs, psalms, and hymns, and collaborate with Senior Worship Pastor across four campuses to align ministry vision. Build meaningful relationships with congregants and support the Christian Care Center's outreach efforts. This multi-site role serves a multigenerational community in The Villages, emphasizing service, gospel engagement, and lifelong worship practices.
Required Qualifications

- experience rehearsing choirs
- comfortable leading worship from an instrument
